We are air breathing beings and this is simply what it meant to be ‘spiritual’ at one time. To embrace the clean, electrified air around you is critical to your health and well being.

If it wasn’t for the breezes and wind, the air on this earth would electrically die and life would leave.

Too often in today’s world, we spend too much time indoors in stagnant air and we don’t get outside in the fresh air nearly enough.

It means most people are breathing too much airconditioning or ‘freons’ in the warmer months and ‘furnace’ air in the winter, and this is one of the leading causes of respiratory problems, lung congestion and pneumonia. A freon is an aerosol propellant, refrigerant, or organic solvent consisting of one or more of a group of chlorofluorocarbons and related compounds.

Today’s studies show that it’s fine to be in aircondittioning and furnace air if you’re sitting up or walking around in that building. Just don’t ever sleep in this type of air!  

When you lay down and place your body at a horizontal gravitational field to the earth, you should shut all of that down and open up the windows.

If it’s too warm, turn on a ceiling fan or a box fan and you’ll get used to it and sleep like a baby. If it’s too cold, open the windows again and just put on another blanket.

When air moves it electrifies. And the best way to get moving air is to open the windows and doors to allow the air to circulate in your living quarters. Use a ceiling fan or box fan during the warmer months and get outside in good clean air as often as you can for as long as you can.
