Water is vital to life on earth and your overall health, but do you drink enough good, clean water each day?
Water is everything. It cleanses and replenishes the body and hydrates the brain.
The weight of your brain is about 2 litres of water and it should be replaced every 24 hours.
When you drink water, your brain gets first dibs on it. Through capillary precipitation, it’s absorbed directly from the stomach into the frontal lobes of the brain. This is something you can feel almost immediately when you drink ice cold water – within seconds, you’ll usually notice a brief ‘brain freeze’!
Once the brain has it’s fill, excess water then flows throughout the bloodstream and cells to support your body’s healthy function.
Water gives life to your entire body and promotes the elimination of toxic waste that doesn’t belong.
Make sure that you drink at least two litres of good, clean water every day and more if you’re physically very active. The best water to drink is either natural spring water that is sourced from a free-flowing aquifer or the same kind of water that mother nature creates with rain – distilled water.
