Ingredients:
- Orange Juice
- Coconut Water
- Club Soda
- Fresh Mint
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and add ice.
Coconut Water Smoothie with Berries and Spinach
Ingredients:
- Coconut water
- Banana (Ripe)
- Cranberries
- Blueberries
- Spinach
- Chia seeds
- ground ginger and cinnamon
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together and add honey or lemon (optional).
