Often fear plays a role in our lives. Because we don’t know why we feel the way we feel, we allow fear to emerge in our lives. Without realising it, the thoughts of fear may lead us in creating a life of fear. We began by creating a reality other than what was initially set to be. This reality makes us believe there is something to be frightened of. Try to figure out why you are afraid and if this fear is real. We are often afraid of the unknown and our subconscious is very creative in guarding us against things that are new or different. Fear is usually caused by lack of information. In making real contact with your body you fill in the information yourself and fear will disappear!
Sit quietly and breathe deeply, take a moment to focus your eyes on the middle of the image. The hologram on the front will reach your subconscious while the silver print on the back contains an energetic code. This code will ensure that the feeling that you are experiencing at that particular moment is absorbed in the right place deep in your subconscious.
