Everyone is the driver of their own bus.
We often think that we know what someone else needs or has to do. Still, we see that person sticking to his own patterns; at least that is how we experience it. Realise that we are looking at something from our point of view and that might not be the perspective of the other person. The other person might have different reasons to do something or not. Does the other person have something that you might want? Is that the reason that you want the other person to make a certain decision? Maybe something will be taken away from that person because of this decision so that you do not have to look at it any more. You do not have to wonder about it any more.
Respect another person and do not criticize anyone. Everyone is the driver of their own bus and has reasons to do something or not in his or her own way. You are the driver of your own bus and you would also like to be respected.
