Our process of growth is not an easy one. We all know that sometimes it isn’t very pleasant! Those are the moments when we are confronted with ‘old pain’ and our shadow side. We cannot blame another person therefore we have to confront ourselves in order to get clarity of our emotions and feelings. You might do that together with someone else if that person is part of your process. It can be beautiful and you will notice that there will be a lesson in the process for both of you. You are mirrors for each other.
Sometimes it is wonderful to have a serious argument with someone and fall in each others arms after that, to hug and forgive and explain what it was all about. You can receive a present that you can unwrap. The emotions and the feelings are the wrapping paper and the hug and the feelings of love are the presents that are left when you have unwrapped them. Next time when you find a friend in the same circumstances, you are the one who can give feedback. You may pass on your present to someone else. This is ‘helping each other’, this is healing…..
Sit quietly and breathe deeply, take a moment to focus your eyes on the middle of the image.
