The Energy of Openness helps you take an open and honest look at yourself. Quite often we have all sorts of saboteurs working against us at a subconscious level, thus preventing us from feeling what truly occupies us. This energy helps us recognise this and experience ourselves at a deeper level.

Take up the challenge to speak your own truth!
Don’t you want to say what you think although it sounds strange and it makes you wonder where it comes from? Take up the challenge and do so! You might notice that you are not the only one with this experience. You are not crazy. Some people might look at you with a strange look, but explain to them that it is your Truth. Just put your sense of shame away. Nothing is wrong with speaking your Truth and remember the Truth is an evolutionary process; it is not a fixed thing. Try to listen to each other and learn from one another. To respect each other on a small scale often leads to big, beautiful things.
Sit quietly and breathe deeply, take a moment to focus your eyes on the middle of the image. The hologram on the front will reach your subconscious while the silver print on the back contains an energetic code. This code will ensure that the feeling that you are experiencing at that particular moment is absorbed in the right place deep in your subconscious.
